We accept returns ONLY in case of damage in transit , defects and incorrect products. (Domestic and International)
Please note all our products are traditionally handcrafted by our artisans hence there might be slight variations .
1. We do size exchanges in case a product doesn't fit you. Please e-mail us at email@example.com for assistance.
2. We are happy to exchange if the product doesn't suit you. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Delivery and pickup charges are applicable here.
Disclaimer : Sale products cannot be exchanged or returned.
Damages and Returns Policy
1. Our company policy allows for the replacement of products damaged during shipping within 7 days of receipt without any charge. To initiate the replacement process, please email us at email@example.com. Our customer service team will contact you. The product must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a replacement.
2. We offer a 1-year warranty that covers gold-plating and manufacturing defects at no additional charge. (NOTE: Accidental damage is not covered in the warranty and it will be reviewed by our team for the same.) Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance in filing a warranty claim and scheduling a pickup.
3. In case of Accidental damages or products outside warranty , charges will be as per actuals. Please e-mail us at email@example.com for assistance.
1.We do not provide any refunds except in case of defect/damage.
2.We do not provide refunds for products returned in a used or damaged condition.
3.We do not provide refunds for slight variations in colour and design . Please note all our products are completely handcrafted hence there may be slight variations.
Steps to make a return
1.Please submit your request along with a picture of the damaged product within 4 days of receipt of order.
2.Before we arrange for a return pick up , we will require an image of the product and once we receive the same it will be reviewed by our team and it is up to the discretion of the Zohra Jewelry team to decide whether the product is approved for return.
3.Once we have received your request and our team has authorised the return for the damaged/incorrect product , we will arrange for a collection of the product.
4.Once we receive the damaged / incorrect product, we shall dispatch the fresh / correct product. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
