Terms & Conditions
We accept returns ONLY in case of damage in transit , defects and incorrect product. (Domestic and International)
Please note all our products are traditionally handcrafted by our artisans hence there might be slight variations .
Steps to make a return
- Please submit your request along with picture of damaged product within 4 days of receipt of order.
- Before we arrange for a return pick up , we will require an image of the product and once we receive the same it will be reviewed by our team and it is up to the discretion of the Zohra Jewelry team to decide whether product is approved for return.
- Once we have received your request and our team has authorized the return for the damaged/incorrect product , we will arrange for a collection of the product.
- Once we receive the damaged / incorrect product, we shall dispatch the fresh / correct product. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
- We do not provide any refunds in case of incorrect delivery address.
- We do not provide refunds for products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- We do not provide refunds for slight variations in colour and design . Please note all our products are completely handcrafted hence there may be slight variations.
